Hilton Los Cabos, San Jose del Cabo

My stay at Hilton Los Cabos had its ups and downs. The service was exceptional, as everyone was genuinely caring and attentive, which added a personal touch to our experience. The beach was lovely, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, some of the recent changes, especially in the decor and dining experiences, left me longing for the magic it once had. While the facility is beautiful and modern, I missed the traditional charm it previously offered.

My stay was quite mixed. The hotel has beautiful accommodations and provided excellent service from the staff members I interacted with. However, ongoing construction severely affected my experience, from constant noise to pool limitations. I also faced issues with billing that added frustration to our departure. Despite these downsides, there were moments that stood out, especially the lovely staff who truly made an effort to ensure we felt recognized and welcomed.

My stay at the hotel was truly memorable, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The staff provided exceptional service, and I appreciated the beautiful beach view. However, I was disappointed by some recent aesthetic changes that detracted from the charm I loved. Dining experiences were delightful, but the atmosphere has shifted slightly, making it feel less inviting than before.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful, boasting an ideal infinity pool for relaxation and stunning views. The service was top-notch, making us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our visit. However, the beach was not what we expected since it had lots of shells and the ocean was chilly this time of year. While the rooms were nice and clean, they felt a bit dated, and there were only two restaurants, which was a slight drawback.

I had a remarkable stay at this hotel, with breathtaking views and exceptional service throughout my visit. The staff were genuinely attentive, making my experience unforgettable, especially at Vela, where the food blew me away. However, the loud music by the beach and changes to the atmosphere over the years were disappointing. Overall, it's a beautiful place, but I hoped for more cultural immersion and a quieter environment during my stay.
